Kevin Jury Director, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand Kevin Jury is the Director and General Manager for Banking, responsible for leading, shaping and growing the banking business for DXC Technology across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 20 years’ experience working across the banking and insurance industries, Kevin is focused on making a difference for our customers. Prior to joining DXC, Kevin's previous roles have included leading the financial services businesses for IBM Global Business Services in both Australia and New Zealand and South Africa, and driving digital and analytics as the CIO for Luxottica across Asia Pacific and China. In addition, Kevin was the lead partner for the financial services practice for PwC Consulting (Africa Operating Unit). Kevin's experience leading large complex transformation programs using technology enablers including data and analytics, and digital and core systems (distribution, manufacturing and operational) in multi-geography and multi-vendor environments uniquely positions him to span the challenges and growth opportunities in the industry today. |

Greg van der Pennen Chief Technology Officer, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand With over 25 years’ experience in delivering business-enabled solutions to assist organisations in the achievement of their objectives, Greg is focused on driving business value for customers with his history of delivering solutions that provide tangible benefits to our customers through the creation of growth, minimising risk and reductions in cost. Greg has a wide ranging background including application development and maintenance, business process services, enterprise solution architecture, account management and project management. This breadth of knowledge provides the foundation upon which he is able to act as the trusted advisor across a range of disciplines to ensure alignment of benefits across an organisation. |

Alfred Flokstra Account General Manager, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand Alfred Flokstra has spent 20+ years working in senior sales management and consulting roles across the banking and insurance industries. Alfred joined DXC to grow DXC’s business at Westpac and lead multi-disciplinary teams on various programs of work across the bank. In previous roles Alfred led the Global SAP Alliance for EY in the Asia Pacific & China Regions and was responsible for growing the SAP business for IBM Global Business Services across Australia & New Zealand. Prior to moving to Australia Alfred was responsible for sales management, alliances and marketing at leading Microsoft Resellers in New Zealand. Originally from The Netherlands, Alfred held senior positions across various industries and geographies (US, EMEA & APAC) at a leading Dutch Bank, SAP and Capgemini. Alfred’s experience in managing complex client environments, leading sales initiatives, building relationships with client decision makers and senior stakeholders, uniquely positions him to successfully position DXC’s vision, strategy and offerings and drive growth within the Financial Services Industry. |

Rob Covey Account General Manager, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand Rob Covey has over 18 years’ experience working in both the banking and technology provider landscapes, solidified with an MBA. Rob has been with DXC since 2016 and during that time he has been focused on business development and overall accountability of the National Australia Bank account. Prior to joining DXC Rob spent seven years with NAB in a variety of roles including: Head of Commercial Management focusing on the core banking technology and the Oracle relationship, and a Senior Service Provider Manager for the International and Wholesale Networks. Rob’s ability to understand complex business problems and apply technical solutions, uniquely positions him to differentiate DXC from its competitors and most importantly realise benefits for his customers. |

Victor Lal Account General Manager, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand Victor is currently a DXC Account General Manager for 3 Melbourne based financial services accounts. An executive level IT Outsourcing Professional and Enterprise Client Advocate with over 25 years experience in Service Delivery, Business Development & Relationship Management, Growth and Sales. Broad client industry experience ranging from Financial Services (Retail & Consumer Banking), Manufacturing (Automobile and Aerospace) and Government (Revenue Collection Agency) with all client experience in Fortune 500 enterprises. As Account Director, Victor has successfully led a $125m Contract Renewal in 4 months in May 2016 which subsequently won Deal of the Year in APJ Region. In the past 10 years he has been part of executive teams in the US, UK and Asia Pacific that have successfully turned around under- performing enterprise accounts and significantly improved client relationships which have resulted in major contract renewals of up to $875m including significant growth in new business. Victor has also led the migration of a 10,000 asset data centre migration program in Australia and data centre migration in the UK that included 200 enterprise applications. Successful completion of both programs led to renewals of long term IT Outsourcing Contracts. |

Allison Hefti Account General Manager & Account Delivery Lead, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand Allison is an experienced service management and delivery professional, backed up by an academic background in IT and management. She has held a variety of positions during her career which have spanned a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industry sectors, both in the UK and Australia. This experience has enabled Allison to build up a broad base of business/industry knowledge and commercial acumen, whilst fully developing her leadership, client facing, communication and interpersonal skills. Allison is often assigned to larger and strategic, hot or growth client accounts, and is a driven and results orientated individual. Her exposure to more challenging accounts has provided Allison with an acquired blended knowledge to meet the holistic demands of the hybrid AGM/ADL role on BOQ, ensuring services are delivered to contractual service levels and account team performance is achieved in terms of growth, profitability and efficiency. |
