"What if you could have a conversation with AI about your insurance policy? You will, and sooner than you think. Innovations like voice assistants, chatbots and responsive, conversational web sites become more useful by leveraging data from the vast stores of information held in places like insurance companies, banks, credit card companies and retailers. This will make it possible for companies in those businesses to deliver better, more responsive and – dare we say – more exciting experiences to their customers." – Bill Ohnemus
