Stephen Hilton Biography
Executive Vice President, Global Delivery Organization
Stephen Hilton serves as executive vice president, Global Delivery Organization, for DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) infrastructure technology outsourcing, application management and business process services. He focuses on successful execution, ongoing performance improvement and cost management of that organization, including client-facing account delivery, global delivery centers and client transformation projects.
For more than 20 years, Mr. Hilton has delivered mission-critical, next-generation technology at scale. He was most recently CSC’s executive vice president and general manager, Global Infrastructure Services, charged with leading the transformation of this business unit covering offering management, sales and delivery. Previously he was CIO of Technology Infrastructure Services and head of Corporate Real Estate & Services at Credit Suisse and a managing director in technology at JPMorgan Chase.
Mr. Hilton was responsible for the technology infrastructure and global real estate portfolio at Credit Suisse, where he implemented a multiyear technology, asset divestiture and cultural change program. In addition, he also managed global sourcing and procurement activities across the enterprise. With extensive experience as a CIO, he also brings a unique perspective from both the buy and sell side of large-scale, mission-critical next-gen infrastructures and a proven track record of driving value-add technology partnerships.
Mr. Hilton holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bristol.
