CSC Set to Deliver Global Managed and Hosted Video Services

FALLS CHURCH, Va., April 12 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today the launch of global videoconferencing services as part of the company’s comprehensive suite of Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions.
CSC will provide customers around the world access to global video conferencing services enabled within CSC’s broader suite of UCC services through a wide variety of flexible delivery models. Standard video services include an interactive web reservation portal for easy-to-schedule global video calls via phone, email and fax. The portal includes calendar interface with Outlook and Lotus Notes.
Other standard features include video end-point management, pre-conference certification and testing, 24-hour customer support, concierge style meeting support, high-definition multi-point bridging services, telepresence, desktop and room-based devices, gateway and hybrid services (ISDN/IP) and enterprise video network consulting.
Additional video service options include video end-point hardware leasing, hardware maintenance programs, IP video network and supply management, menu of ancillary video conference services such as recording and streaming features and AV integration services.
