CSC Wins $220 Million Navy IT Infrastructure Services Contract

FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 7 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that the U.S. Navy awarded the company a contract to provide information technology (IT) support services. The contract has a one-year base period and four one-year options, bringing the estimated total contract value to $220 million. This contract was awarded to CSC during the company’s fiscal 2010 fourth quarter that ended April 2, 2010.
Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will provide a broad range of IT support, including network operations, real-time processing, enterprise data center, system development and maintenance, and hardware and software integration. CSC will perform work for the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Command, and the Naval Education and Training Command at multiple Navy sites and cities across America.
