Debbie Granberry and Kristine A. Burnell Join CSC as Vice Presidents, Business Development

FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 14 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) has named Debbie Granberry and Kristine A. Burnell vice presidents, business development, for its North American Public Sector (NPS) Civil and Health Services Group (CHSG) and Applied Technology Group (ATG), respectively. Reporting to Don Wood, acting president of NPS’ Business Development organization, Granberry and Burnell will manage the business development function to identify, qualify and capture new opportunities in the U.S. federal government.
“Debbie and Kristine bring tremendous business development and leadership experience to CSC,” said Wood. “They will strengthen CSC’s efforts to identify and capture new business, develop and expand key client relationships in the federal marketplace and further refine our business development strategies.”
Before joining CSC, Granberry served as vice president and director of Business Development for the Civil sector of SRA International, Inc. In this role, she coordinated the activities of Civil Sector business development staff in new business initiatives. She also achieved significant sales successes in key programs and federal government agencies. Previously, Granberry was vice president of Business Development, Civilian Agencies, for Vangent and held executive positions at Unisys, Lucent and AT&T.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature/education from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Burnell was vice president and director of Operational Excellence for ITT Corporation, Systems Division, in Colorado Springs, Colo., where she provided the direction and oversight to support the success of operational excellence initiatives aligned to customers’ priorities. Previously, she held executive positions in both business development and operations at ITT, Raytheon Technical Services Company and KBR.
Burnell has a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.
