CSC Vietnam wins awards for HR management

CSC Vietnam is very honoured to win three prestigious HR Awards for its excellent performance from the Vietnam HR Awards 2016. This is the second national HR Awards organized in Vietnam and we are proud to be recognized for these covet awards in the ceremony organized in Ho Chi Minh City on September 28, 2016. Despite of transformation challenges, CSC Vietnam continues applying and improving its HR best practices since the first achievement of Vietnam HR Awards in 2014. As a result, again CSC Vietnam is the only multinational IT company winning three major HR Awards in five categories and is ranked as the top three among 10 winners.
CSC Vietnam won three Awards which are named “Leading HR Practices 2016 - Manpower Planning and Resourcing”, “Leading HR Practices 2016 – Performance Management”, and “Leading HR Practices 2016 - Workplace Environment” respectively.
The “Excellent Workforce Planning and Resourcing award was presented to CSC Vietnam for its unique recruitment strategy and 3 R (Right People, Right Time, Right Cost) recruitment activities that successfully supported our business growth in a sustainable manner.
The “Excellent Performance Management” award recognizes CSC Vietnam for its excellence in HR strategy and people management in building a strong team in terms of skilful technical capabilities, professionalism and good English communication.
