Our new Application Performance Management offering, DXC autoDetect, one of the four components of DXC Service Automation, provides a next generation Application Performance Management service to improve the effectiveness of identifying customer or end-user impacting problems by measuring performance from the perspective of the user.

DXC autoDetect is a pro-active managed service employing the market leading Dynatrace APM software to manage customer experience and business outcomes. It reduces mean time to resolution using artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically correlate monitoring alerts into singular problem tickets.
The AI applies deterministic causation across the automatically discovered application and infrastructure stack to assess what has changed and identify the root cause of the issue.
