The service reduces mean time to resolution using artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically correlate monitoring alerts into singular problem tickets. DXC autoResolve: Provides automated robotic tooling to manage the fulfilment of service requests and resolution of repetitive incidents in an automated fashion.
