The DXC Dandelion Program is an initiative designed to provide people on the autism spectrum with technical, life and executive functioning skills to increase employability and pursue careers in information technology.
Neurodiversity program addresses the demand for new talent and competition for resources in the IT industry, and achieves outstanding business results for National Australia Bank, one of the four largest financial institutions in Australia.
