Nick Mescher is the Senior Partner for Digital Transformation at DXC Technology, responsible for enhancing DXC’s industry leadership and adding scale to the organisation’s digital transformation initiatives. In addition to driving DXC’s digital strategy, Nick leverages and translates the digital projects undertaken by DXC globally for the benefit of customers in Australia & New Zealand.
Nick was appointed chief executive officer of UXC Consulting in 2009. In this role, he managed six IT consulting business units across Australia and South-East Asia. In 2011, UXC announced it would consolidate its consultancy units into a single business and Nick was integral in leading this major transformation.
In March 2016, CSC acquired UXC and Nick was appointed to integrate and lead the combined consulting practice across Australia and New Zealand. As Head of Consulting, Nick provided a focus on innovation; continuously refreshing offerings and solutions to be relevant in an ever changing market.
With more than 30 years consulting experience, Nick is passionate about innovation and the impact of digital transformation on customers from all industries.
Nick previously worked as the group managing director of the Australian Professional Services division of Adecco. He was also the co-founder of CPT Global and has provided senior technology insights to blue chip Australian businesses such as ANZ Bank, National Australia Bank and Telstra.
Nick has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
