Tania has more than 20 years’ experience in team leadership, account growth, operations, finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

In the past 10 years Tania has focused on leading transformation and innovation projects in the retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and transport industries. She has also worked with large retailers and international consumer product groups and their associated teams. As a result she has gained deep insights into these businesses and industries, which she uses to create strategies that help customers preserve and improve their market position.

Tania focuses on discovering and articulating the critical values for each business she works with, fleshing out the best solution for them to remain competitive in a period of rapid growth and change. Her committed involvement has helped her build trusted, mutually beneficial relationships with her customers at all levels, from the most senior stakeholders through to line and operational team members.

Tania is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and in her free time, she is an avid offshore sailing competitor and mother to two girls.
