Application Process
Submit an online application
Submit your application online with your cover letter, resume, academic transcript and proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency visa.
TOP TIP: Make sure your CV is up to date with your latest achievements, we don’t want to miss out on knowing all about you and what you have to offer!
- Applications for our 2021 Graduate Program are now closed. Applications for our 2022 Graduate Program will open in mid February 2021.
Online testing
Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review your CV and cover letter for eligibility and suitability for our graduate roles. If you are successful, you’ll progress to the online behavioral and aptitude assessment. We will send you an email outlining the steps to complete the online assessment.
TOP TIP: Set some time for yourself to go through the online assessment. Find a space with no distractions so you can stay focused on the questions.
Video interview
We have high expectations and first impressions last! If you’ve “wowed” us with your online assessment results, we’ll invite you to complete a video interview.
TOP TIP: Find a space with no distractions and minimal background noise. Be relaxed and answer the questions naturally and honestly. Take your time with the questions presented. Don’t forget to smile and be yourself.
Assessment Centre
Successful candidates will be invited to attend our assessment centre. It’s an opportunity for you to learn more about us, experience our corporate culture and meet some of our business leaders. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the DXC team. Note: This part of the process may vary for some of our locations. Note: follow-up interviews may be required for some roles.
The Assessment Centre generally takes shape in the following way:
- 1 on 1 interview with a member from the DXC team – we want to get to know you and how you think. No preparation for this, all we ask is that you just be yourself.
- A written activity – there is no pre-work to be done for this, we just want to see you in action.
- A group activity – this is a chance to network with your peers and put your great minds together to conceptualise some awesome stuff!
Offer
Congratulations! You are now part of the team. Once you have received your formal offer, we will send you a welcome pack to help you prepare for your induction at our head office in Sydney, where you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow graduates and senior leaders.
