- When does the graduate program commence?
The graduate program commences in February each year and runs for 12-months, with the opportunity to join our Graduate Leadership Program upon graduation.
- Are there opportunities for rotations?
Generally, there are no fixed rotations during the graduate program. You are expected to stay in the business unit, however there may be opportunities to rotate within the same business unit in different roles. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Are there any relocation opportunities as part of the Graduate Program?
This is dependent on role availablility and the business requirement.
- If I am successful and complete my studies mid year, am I able to start with the business earlier than February?
All graduates will commence at the same time in February where you will begin your induction in Sydney HQ and have the opportunity to meet other graduates across Australia and New Zealand, colleagues and senior leaders in the business.
- Do I need to have Australian citizenship?
You will need to be an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident.
- If I am unsuccessful in my application for the DXC Graduate Program at this time, can I apply for the program again?
Of course you can! Just make sure you still meet the key eligibility criteria.
- If I am not offered a Graduate position, can I apply for other roles with DXC Australia?

- Where are the positions located for the graduate program?
We have opportunities across a number of locations in Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth.
