The DXC Dandelion Program is an initiative to build valuable information technology skills and careers for people on the autism spectrum. With an unacceptably high rate of unemployment in the autistic community, the DXC Dandelion Program builds an environment that supports and celebrates the talents and skills of people on the autism spectrum, and focuses on the issue of sustainable employment by providing participants with technical, life and executive functioning skills to increase employability and pursue a career in information technology.
Over the years, the DXC Dandelion Program has been honoured to receive recognition from various independent organisations for its support of individuals on the autism spectrum.
