Alex Ratkovsky Alexander is the Director and General Manager of the Banking and Capital Markets, Australia and New Zealand Team. Alexander joined DXC in 2018 and his previous roles and expertise has more than 23 years of global financial IT strategy consulting, including M&A value deals, AI and cloud strategy development, risk & service market operations, global banking operating models, private wealth management and consumer product customers. Expert in large enterprise cloud and AI business service strategy, financial recovery management, IT budget transformation and value analysis, highly skilled in the areas of API platforms adoption, IT assets and process transformation, IT governance assessments. In addition, Alexander’s experience extends across Banking Services, Insurance Banking, Financial Services, Mortgage Banking and One of the largest Cloud-based implementation companies in the world. He also directed the development of business and value frameworks across Digital Cloud, AI and FinTech capabilities for all offerings focused on optimization and value realization. Alexander now lives in Sydney and holds a degree in Resource Economics from Duke University, US and in his personal time, enjoys travel, outdoors and is an avid diver. |

Greg van der Pennen Chief Technologist, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand With over 25 years’ experience in delivering business-enabled solutions to assist organisations in the achievement of their objectives, Greg is focused on driving business value for customers with his history of delivering solutions that provide tangible benefits to our customers through the creation of growth, minimising risk and reductions in cost. Greg has a wide ranging background including application development and maintenance, business process services, enterprise solution architecture, account management and project management. This breadth of knowledge provides the foundation upon which he is able to act as the trusted advisor across a range of disciplines to ensure alignment of benefits across an organisation. |

Alfred Flokstra Client Partner, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand Alfred Flokstra has spent 20+ years working in senior sales management and consulting roles across the banking and insurance industries. Alfred joined DXC to grow DXC’s business at Westpac and lead multi-disciplinary teams on various programs of work across the bank. In previous roles Alfred led the Global SAP Alliance for EY in the Asia Pacific & China Regions and was responsible for growing the SAP business for IBM Global Business Services across Australia & New Zealand. Prior to moving to Australia Alfred was responsible for sales management, alliances and marketing at leading Microsoft Resellers in New Zealand. Originally from The Netherlands, Alfred held senior positions across various industries and geographies (US, EMEA & APAC) at a leading Dutch Bank, SAP and Capgemini. Alfred’s experience in managing complex customer environments, leading sales initiatives, building relationships with customer decision makers and senior stakeholders, uniquely positions him to successfully position DXC’s vision, strategy and offerings and drive growth within the Financial Services Industry. |

Victor Lal Client Partner, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand Victor is currently a DXC Client Partner for 3 Melbourne based financial services accounts. An executive level IT Outsourcing Professional and Enterprise Client Advocate with over 25 years experience in Service Delivery, Business Development & Relationship Management, Growth and Sales. Broad customer industry experience ranging from Financial Services (Retail & Consumer Banking), Manufacturing (Automobile and Aerospace) and Government (Revenue Collection Agency) with all customer experience in Fortune 500 enterprises. As Account Director, Victor has successfully led a $125m Contract Renewal in 4 months in May 2016 which subsequently won Deal of the Year in APJ Region. In the past 10 years he has been part of executive teams in the US, UK and Asia Pacific that have successfully turned around under- performing enterprise accounts and significantly improved customer relationships which have resulted in major contract renewals of up to $875m including significant growth in new business. Victor has also led the migration of a 10,000 asset data centre migration program in Australia and data centre migration in the UK that included 200 enterprise applications. Successful completion of both programs led to renewals of long term IT Outsourcing Contracts. |

David Walker Client Partner, Banking & Capital Markets, Australia & New Zealand David has spent the last 15 years across senior roles in Banking and Wealth Management in both the UK and Australia; where he holds Regulated Financial Qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Insurance and in Australia; RG146 to advise on both Banking and Capital Markets in both jurisdictions. Prior to joining DXC David worked as an Associate Director in Macquarie’s Banking Financial Services Division where he held national responsibility for the growth of the Private Bank customer community, driving cross divisional collaboration across Macquarie’s 5 divisions, establish Macquarie Private Bank’s Western Australia office and leading the design of the divisions lending capability offering in partnership with Macquarie’s Personal and Business Banking division. David holds an honours degree in Criminology & Sociology from Cardiff University, UK and in his personal time he is an Auskick AFL coach and enjoys practicing Krav Maga. With formal training in the human psyche and previous roles in Criminology, David’s passion and experience is now focused on understanding and navigating how technology capability and implementation interacts with business strategy and the role of the often irrational human mind. |
