Stop by the DXC booth to see some of our digital transformation tools in action
- Lorenzo Care Logistics: Utilising Lorenzo’s clinically defined online protocols, staff, patients and external referrers can seamlessly book and schedule all relevant appointments, referrals, procedures or exams. Across healthcare today, this remains a manual and inefficient task requiring input from multiple clinical and administrative staff.
- Health 360: Improving the health of populations must start with one person at a time. To do this, customer service principles can be applied, to empower consumers and engage them in the management of their own health. Health 360 is the only person-centric, CRM powered PHM solution built for the Microsoft Cloud, and is already helping healthcare providers deliver efficient care to people living with complex and chronic conditions.
- Digital Workplace: Helping organisations transform to deliver and enable flexible, remote working conditions on a wider variety of devices both in and away from the facility, whilst supporting the increasingly complex environment of healthcare IT.
- DXC’s Digital Health Platform: A toolkit to enable healthcare provider organisations to meet new demands by modernising existing investments and adopting new technologies easily and quickly. Create a secure, connected ecosystem of services via the standards based open API marketplace.
- Open Health Connect: A component of our Digital Health Platform, Open Health Connect is an innovative, open platform that enables better outcomes for patients by delivering contextual and actionable insights to serve users across the healthcare system.
