Undertaking various roles from Project Design Authority through to Industry Chief Technologist, Paul has been the technical lead in the successful delivery of a range of Command & Control, Intelligence and Enterprise IT solutions. Undertaking this technical lead function has given Paul a broad insight into how IT needs to be used to improve military capability and has enabled him to shape the MoD’s approach on a number of key IT programmes.
