La Trobe University To improve the student experience during key peak periods La Trobe University engaged DXC Consulting to work firsthand with staff and students to discover their pain points. Using these insights, we co-created three key solution areas for La Trobe to focus on to enhance connectedness with their students. “With more than 1,000 data points and 190 ideas generated, the DTC team articulated four common themes that would help improve student experience during peak periods.” |

Fitted for Work Fitted For Work (FFW), an Australian not-for-profit, required help developing a digital strategy to allow them to deliver on their future vision – being available for any woman, anywhere who needs their help. We worked with FFW using a human-centred design approach to uncover their challenges and co-design a future-proofed digital strategy. “This process with DXC was insightful, thought provoking and highly engaging. Most importantly it was a partnership that
was delivered with heart. DXC took the time to understand our organisation and our brave clients. This was about so much more
than a digital strategy.” |
Guide Dogs Victoria Utilising DXC’s Digital Transformation Centre (DTC), located at Swinburne University of Technology (SUT), enabled a highly participatory approach to co-designing a peer-to-peer support platform to provide access to reliable, accurate and up-to-date information for individuals with low vision or blindness. “We chose DXC as a partner because we feel they are at the forefront in terms of championing inclusive environments. It’s very important for us that we’re partnering
with an organisation where that’s a genuine focus for them.” |
