    For the last 18 years Ned has been working on Workforce Management technologies and business process advancement. Lately Ned was involved in the development of our national defence strategic workforce planning to cater for all the new technological shifts with the new submarines, future frigates and JSF35s. Ned has worked with higher education organization to streamlines their process prior to technology transformation project ensuring higher success and adoption rates are in place. Ned has worked with Oracle Corp, Microsoft Corp. & KPMG and now leading the HCM practice for DXC Red Rock.

    Andrew is a highly experienced business and technical analyst who encompasses cross-industry national and international management consulting with top tier clients across public and private sectors. Andrew prides himself on having a diversified understanding of Information Technology services and technology in conjunction with their related markets and strategies, marking himself as an accomplished professional in designing, implementing and configuring a wide variety of enterprise application and system solutions (methodologies: TOGAF, Agile, Prince2, PMP, BABoK, etc.)

    Andrew has proven experience in delivering multiple, large-scale architecture projects across matrix environments, and multi-phased, complex migration programmes that address technology (ERP, CRM, Service Oriented Architecture, Cloud Services and Technology, API Management and Strategy, Business Analytics), people/organisation and process change through IT Service Management methodologies (e.g. ITIL v3).
