About the DXC Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program is designed for talented, passionate graduates who are looking to join an agile world leader and are ready to deliver the best solutions to transform businesses in the new digital world through the power of technology.
We believe every graduate is unique and our aim is to help you build a solid foundation in your professional career, apply your learnings, and discover new possibilities.
Your journey starts from Day 1. You will take part in a structured induction program where you will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from your cohort across Australia and New Zealand and undertake training to get you up to speed with the DXC environment and build your interpersonal skills.

Eligibility requirements
- An Australian citizen or have permanent residency
- In the final year of your degree or have completed your university studies within two years at the time of your application

FAQs
- When does the graduate program commence?
The graduate program commences in February each year and runs for 12-months, with the opportunity to join our Graduate Leadership Program upon graduation.
- Are there opportunities for rotations?
Generally, there are no fixed rotations during the graduate program. You are expected to stay in the business unit, however there may be opportunities to rotate within the same business unit in different roles. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
