2017 AAGE Graduate Recruitment Industry Awards (AGRIAS)

The Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) is the peak industry body representing organisations that recruit and develop Australian graduates. Each year AAGE recognises outstanding examples of excellence in the Australian graduate recruitment and development industry through its annual AAGE Graduate Recruitment Industry Awards (the "AGRIAs"). Award winners are determined by AAGE employer members participating in the 2017 AGRIAs voting process.

This year, DXC Technology is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Will Spensley Memorial Award for Innovation in the Graduate Market (private sector) for the DXC Dandelion Program.

Winners were announced at the 2017 AGRIAs Awards ceremony, held at the AAGE Conference Gala Dinner on Thursday 26 October 2017, at The Hilton Hotel in Sydney.

The aim of the Will Spensley Memorial Award is to recognise the employers that have been the most innovative in the graduate market. The innovative measure must be new to the organisation and/or market, and can be anything to do with the attraction of graduates, recruitment and selection of graduates, through to the induction and development of graduates.
