Kärcher Signs New Contract with DXC Technology to Boost IT Efficiency and Digitalization

FRANKFURT, November 12, 2019 — Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG has signed a new multiyear IT services contract with DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) to deliver and operate a modern enterprise IT environment, including end user computing and service desk management for Kärcher employees. The agreement will support innovation initiatives and new business outcomes including digital migration, operational stability, cost optimization and SAP Landscape modernization. Kärcher has more than 120 subsidiaries in 70 countries and employs more than 13,000 people worldwide. The family-owned enterprise is the world’s leading company for efficient, resource-conserving cleaning systems.

DXC successfully positioned the Virtual Private Cloud solution PaaS for SAP so it can incorporate multiple public cloud providers with whom we continuously drive services innovation. We are also looking forward to closely cooperating with Zoi TechCon GmbH, the IT consultancy belonging to the Kärcher Group, to support the cloud transformation for Kärcher.”
With this new contract, DXC will drive the following key benefits for Kärcher:

- Jointly support Kärcher’s cloud-first strategy and digitalization efforts with Zoi TechCon GmbH.
