DXC Technology’s Digital Transformation Center in Sofia, Bulgaria, focuses on the development, delivery and ongoing support of next-generation digital services and solutions for DXC’s clients in Europe and around the world.

ServiceNow expertise
As part of DXC’s global ServiceNow practice, the Sofia Digital Transformation Center offers guidance and roadmaps across the ServiceNow spectrum of products. This includes IT service management, IT asset management/IT operations management, managed services, and roadmaps for human resources, customer service, and health, safety and the environment.
Through its ServiceNow expertise, the center leads clients through digital transformations so they can achieve operational efficiency and employee enablement, and transform customer engagement.

Another unique feature of the Sofia Digital Transformation Center is its digital marketing and user experience/user interface (UX/UI) teams, which create outstanding digital marketing campaigns for clients. These teams are skilled in Google Analytics, Facebook campaigns and other digital marketing techniques.

The Sofia Digital Transformation Center staff collaborates closely with Bulgarian higher education institutions, participating in career forums, and organizing seminars and educational programs. We hold DTC Days, participate in BEST Engineering Week hosted by the Technical University of Sofia, and partner with nonprofit organizations.
