User images
With the "User Images" app, you can insert photos of your organization's users into the user history of your ERP system. Take photos using a mobile phone's built-in camera and upload directly to the ERP system. It's quick and easy to manage images in the overview, and the filter feature lets you view users who need to be associated with an image.
Project registrations
This app is an advanced solution for registering time, vehicle use and spending across projects. Users are given access to enter registrations, which are directly integrated with the ERP system. The app supports using Google Maps to compile travel expense accounts, and the device's built-in camera can take photos of expense receipts.
Holidays and time off
With this app, each employee is given mobile access to their current information from the HRM system on holidays taken, mileage allowance and current balances, such as unpaid holidays. The app gives employees here-and-now information independent of the payroll office opening hours, and only shows information on the person who is logged in.
My data
With this app, an employee can check and update their master data. For example, name changes, relocation, new phone number, new bank account, tax card, voluntary tax rate, nearest relatives or other relevant information. The app skips an administrative workflow.
My newsfeed
With this app, you can follow the company's news on your smartphone or tablet. The app retrieves news based on the subscriptions you've created from the total newsfeed. You can filter newsfeed automatically, see posts from other users, like someone else's posts, and create your own posts.
My tasks
The "My tasks" app allows everyone to participate actively in a workflow. For example, you can approve tasks on the go. You can take a truly active part in business processes, as if you were present in the office. In addition, you can create tasks for yourself, directly from the app.

Financial overview
This app provides access to a profit and loss account based on the user's permissions and reporting model configured for users. For example, depending on the configuration, the user can view income statements, department accounts, territory accounts, or product accounts. The app therefore targets access to the user's interests and needs.
Time registration
This app gives employees of contractors, installers and construction companies access to here-and-now registration of time worked and materials consumed on a job. It saves everyone involved time sorting out and entering data from crumpled papers. And that makes it possible to create more accurate invoices in less time, not to mention making it easier to calculate wages.
Key figures
Using this app you can always access up-to-date key figures on your business. You gain an overall impression and detailed information on deviations from plan or budget, giving you updated data on which to make the best decisions. The database is continuously retrieved from your company's ERP solution.
Customers and suppliers
Supplier data
This app provides access to key details of the company's suppliers. Using the supplier's address, you can use a device's map and GPS service to plan a route to the supplier. You can search for suppliers using optional segmentation or free-text searches, and you can find master data, texts and notes, and send direct e-mails and text messages.
Invoice approval
This app allows company employees to authorize payment of those supplier invoices for which they are responsible. Each employee can view and approve a current entry for an invoice, or switch approval to a colleague — all regardless of time and place. Total time spent on approval is significantly reduced.
Comparison statistics
Sales personnel in the textile and fashion industry can use this app for easy access to a range of statistics on sales to customers, allowing them to prepare thoroughly before a sales visit. Sales statistics are configured in the backend, and the salesperson can select those statistics relevant to the customer meeting. Statistics can also be viewed as graphic diagrams.
CRM terminal
A complete mobile solution for sales personnel in the textile and fashion industry. With this app, sales personnel can create customer orders through an intuitive user interface with the correct allocation of colors and sizes, possibly using previously-used settings. A single click allows the salesperson to see current inventory and coverage situation and evaluate delivery parameters.
Order overview
From the app, textile and fashion industry sales personnel can easily obtain an overview of orders made and delivered to a customer – e.g. for preparation before a customer visit. The overview is divided into orders that have and have not been shipped to the customer, as well as when and how delivery was made.
Reordering
This app gives retail customers an efficient way to place orders. Customers can reorder items with a simple camera scan, and they can easily customize their order — for example, with different colors or sizes — simply by clicking through to the desired item under Options. The shopping cart is always visible and editable.
Complaints
This app gives retail customers an effective way to submit any complaints. Customers can accurately identify the item concerned – for example, with a simple camera scan of the item's label. The scan is supplemented with reason, remarks and photos taken directly with the device camera.
Creating purchase orders
This app allows company employees to register here-and-now purchase orders, so that a requisition number can be sent to the supplier immediately. In addition, a purchase requisition is ready for invoice match. The app replaces handwritten requisitions and makes sure that data is only recorded once.
Consignment sales
This app streamlines the process of sales from consignment warehousing – and is provided by the supplier. An assistant uses the app to record sales made through the checkout. In the simplest cases, this is simply a scan of the item's EAN number and then pressing OK.
My customers
This app allows you to follow the current status of your customers, including order status, delivery stats, earnings and overdue payments for each customer. You can keep updated on the latest movements before a customer meeting via your tablet. The app retrieves movements directly from the company's ERP system.

This app provides mobile service installers with a constantly updated list of scheduled tasks. They can select a task and automatically perform time tracking using start/stop activations, and spare parts used can be registered or scanned. Photo documentation is also available.

This app is an advanced solution that supports the work of service technicians on maintaining machinery and equipment. It provides access to information about jobs, customers, the nature of service work, and the technician can record detailed information of work completed. Registrations are transferred directly to the ERP system.
Production
Job list
This app provides an overview of scheduled jobs and job sequences for each production employee. The overview is thus an always updated task manager for e.g. week, day or shift. History can be filtered and sorted in different ways. There is also the option of viewing jobs sorted by priority, which can be useful for e.g. autonomous groups where no sequence planning has been made.
Stock
Product information
This app gives employees in building material and lumber stores efficient, rapid access to the product range. They can search for items through free text or by scanning an EAN number with the device's camera. The app displays key information on the item, including standard prices, stocks and supplier information, and provides access to ByggeBasen.
Cyclic stock status
Stocktaking is planned by the backend system, and the user can select one of the active counting bundles on the front page. From here, the user is lead through the items and stocks included in the counting bundle. The items are identified by scanning the barcode and the user enters the counted quantity. Incorrect or new locations can also be registered.
Picking jobs
This app supports picking items for shipment. On the front page, the user can orient themselves on the size of a job, and choose one of those planned. From here, the user is taken through the planned picking route and confirms on the detailed screen when picking has been completed. Depending on the setup, the user can also confirm picking by scanning the control code.
Planned stock movement
The app supports planned stock movements. The assistant can see planned moves on the front page. A move can be verified by simple sign-off on the detail screen. Depending on the setup, the transfer can also be confirmed by scanning a control code in the form of item number, location number, or other.
Stock movement
This app is used for stock movements. The stock can be identified by scanning either the item number, location number or lot number. If there are multiple locations of the same items, the user simply clicks on the one being worked on. The new location can be selected from a list or scanned through a barcode.
Stocktaking
This app supports stocktaking, and the user can select a planned counting job on the front page. A counting job is divided into a series of lines corresponding to the quantities to be counted. On the front page, the user can check size and status of the job based on the number of counted lines and total lines. The amount counted can be entered or edited using the device's built-in keyboard.

User administration
This app allows administrators to quickly perform simple and frequently occurring tasks via their smartphone or tablet. For example, you can reactivate a user or assign a password. The input screen is a list of system users, where you can quickly search for or filter on ERP and web users.
System administration
This app allows administrators to perform a number of the most common operational management and monitoring tasks using their smartphone or tablet. All common system commands are available in a mobile version via the app – making it simpler to be on duty.
User jobs
This app provides access to a quick free text search for users and user jobs. From the overview screen, the user can click for further details about the user job, including a detailed job log. In this way, system administrators and supervisors always have an overview at their fingertips.
Transport industry
Freight calculator
This app makes it possible to calculate the price of a simple shipping job moving a specific quantity and type of cargo from A to B. The app is particularly suited for ultra-fast responses from one-off customers. The calculation is based on standard quotations, and the quotation can be submitted by e-mail using a standard template.
Folder overview
With this app, individual buyers can get a quick overview of their own folders for unfinished transports. Icons show the last reported status of the vehicle with contact details for the driver. Bookings can be repositioned and allocated to/from the folders of others.
Resource overview
This app provides a snapshot of the resource situation. The current status and a series of details on tractor unit and trailer are displayed in an overview screen, and integration into an underlying fleet management system provides tracking of resources on the device's built-in maps.
Folder stats
The app lists the folder departments a freight forwarder has access to. It shows the overall statistics for the selected period, such as revenue, costs, and contribution margin. Totals can be compared to previous periods, and selected statistics can also be displayed as graphics.
Driver assignments
With this app, your own drivers or those of your partners are provided with an easy and manageable overview of their work for the day. Printed route lists become a thing of the past, and drivers benefit from the list being continuously updated. Any revisions to planning made at the office can be reflected for instance, along with brief details of loading/unloading points.
Searching for consignments
This app provides access to free text searches in active consignments. Users can navigate from the overview screen for more details on the actual status of the job they are on, including the route shown on a map. Forwarding agents always have an overview at their fingertips.
Lawyers
My cases
This app provides lawyers and other law firm personnel with mobile access to their own cases. Switching between “My cases" and “Preferred" cases is possible, and cases can be searched. A range of master data is available from the case list, such as on the parties to the proceedings, and an overview of the case process with the most recent activities shown at the top. In addition, time registration can be made.

This app gives contractors and consumers access to important product information about the range in ByggeBasen, including installation instructions, safety data sheets etc. REACH documents. The app can be adapted for different lumber or building markets as needed.
