DXC Technology Signs Agreement with the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces to Deliver New Administration System

Copenhagen, January 23, 2018 — The Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces has signed a five-year deal with DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC).
The agreement includes delivery of a new, modern and user-friendly administration system to handle application and subsidy processes; it will replace the current system. With this agreement, DXC Technology reinforces its position as one of the world’s leading IT vendors for corporations and the public sector in the Danish market.
The Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces plays a central role in the dissemination of Danish culture and identity. The agency distributes grants to individuals, organizations and institutions. Each year, the agency reviews more than 16,000 applications for projects within Danish cultural life, including architecture, literature and art.
For the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces, it is essential to ensure that the application process for grants and subsidies is effective and accurate. In the agreed-upon collaboration, DXC will deliver a new and modern administration system that supports the working processes and procedures to all compliance requirements and in an user-friendly way, with the objective of simplifying agency employees’ working routines.
DXC Technology will deliver an administration system that takes all compliance requirements into account, and simultaneously handles the many different subsidy portfolios and supports employees in their daily work.
The Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces will receive a flexible system that can handle various working processes, ensure correct handling of subsidies and enhance quality overall.
