Employee Engagement
Employees are at the heart of DXC. The India offices conduct multiple team engagement activities such as celebrating cultural festivals; days of international importance, employee wellness programs, sessions on financial management, good parenting; health check-up camps and so on. We also run a confidential counselling program round the year for all our employees. There are various volunteer and engagement groups that employees can be a part of to run and champion DXC’s employee engagement program.
