Sujan Debnath is a senior principal and solution executive in delivery assurance for DXC Technology, where he leads teams of architects to establish architecture governance structures, solution architectures, logical and physical technology models and performance engineering models to ensure that proposed infrastructure has sufficient capacity to support volume requirements. His work encompasses development, testing, open source, systems integration, mobile enablement, data migration strategies and system development lifecycle (SDLC) approaches.
Among the many projects he has worked on, Sujan delivered the Global Healthcare Application Lifecycle Management solution, establishing a model for truly distributed development—in India, UK, Netherlands, Spain and Denmark—using a single platform. This significantly impacted DXC’s overall healthcare development approach.
As Deputy CTO for the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), Sujan led a team that designed and built a cloud model for our Lorenzo electronic patient records system, achieving Capability Maturity Model (CMM) level 2 by automating and orchestrating infrastructure and application builds. The result was an automated, cost-effective, software-as-a-service solution that enabled the organization to streamline and deploy Lorenzo builds in under four hours and provide full auditing and real-time monitoring with minimal manual intervention.
In 2013, Sujan won the Horizon Award, which honors those who make exceptional contributions to current and future company success and are identified as next-generation infrastructure and technology services leaders, and he won the Top Performer’s Award.
