Everest Group recently released its report titled “Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance BPO – Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2018.” This report analyzes the changing dynamics of the P&C insurance BPO landscape and assesses service providers across several key dimensions.
Everest Group noted that with the acquisition of Xchanging, and along with it a large number of client accounts, strong focus on BPaaS models for deliver, and a substantial resource base at its disposal, DXC Technology is establishing itself as an aggressive player in the market.
