David Swift
Vice President and General Manager, Americas
David Swift serves as DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) vice president and general manager of the Americas Region. Mr. Swift is responsible for driving growth and coordinating operations in the region.
Previously, Mr. Swift served as vice president of Client Account Management for the Americas Region and was focused on ensuring that DXC brings Americas clients the highest levels of customer care and responsiveness.
Prior to joining DXC, Mr. Swift served as the chief service officer for Accolade. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the delivery of healthcare navigation and advocacy services, improving health outcomes for the members supported by Accolade. Before that, Mr. Swift served as the Aon Hewitt lead for the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics, Singapore. In this role he was responsible for building a world-class business services startup organization that delivers and commercializes advanced analytics and intellectual property. Based in Singapore, he was directly responsible for assembling, developing and managing a team of analytics and innovation professionals who create revolutionary analytics-backed commercial offers addressing the most pressing challenges and opportunities in human capital management.
Before relocating to Singapore in mid-2013, Mr. Swift managed the Charlotte, North Carolina-based business unit in the human resources business process outsourcing (HR BPO) practice of Aon Hewitt. In this role he was responsible for all aspects of business management and client delivery for a portfolio of clients supported by Aon Hewitt colleagues based in Charlotte and worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Poland, India, China and Japan. He was also responsible for the operation of a large Charlotte delivery center and led the HR BPO practice that developed innovative solutions for existing clients, prospects and the contract negotiations team.
Mr. Swift earned his PhD in chemical engineering and molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania and Cornell University, where he served as a Whitaker Foundation Scholar and Graduate Fellow. He also received his Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University, graduating summa cum laude in chemical engineering. Mr. Swift lives outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.
