Executive Vice President and General Manager, Americas
Ed Ho serves as DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) executive vice president and general manager of the Americas Region. Mr. Ho is responsible for driving growth and coordinating operations in the region.
Previously, Mr. Ho served as president of global payment solutions at D+H Corporation/ Finastra, a top five, global Fintech where he was responsible for leading and growing the market leadership of its global transaction banking business. D+H Corporation was acquired in June 2017 by Vista Equity Partners and merged with Misys plc to form Finastra.
Mr. Ho joined D+H in April 2015 through D+H’s acquisition of Fundtech Corporation, a private equity-owned, transaction banking software company, where he served as president and chief operating officer, bringing with him extensive global experience in the financial technology and banking sectors.
Prior to his role at Fundtech, he served for nine years as executive vice president and general manager of the capital markets division at Misys plc, a provider of banking, treasury, trading and risk management software solutions.
Previously, he had been chief executive officer and president of IQ Financial Systems, a developer and marketer of commercial lending and risk management systems, which was sold to Misys in January 2004. Mr. Ho also spent 15 years as an investment banker at Bank of America and Bankers Trust (acquired by Deutsche Bank in 1999).
He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Columbia College with a dual major in economics and computer science, and Mr. Ho also holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Westchester, N.Y. with his wife and twins.
