Vice President and Chief of Staff
Kristin Slattery is vice president and chief of staff. She is responsible for driving improvements in company performance and efficiency, with a goal of enabling DXC employees to focus more squarely on serving customers. Her focus is on streamlining processes, optimizing operational execution and leading key cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
Ms. Slattery spent 26 years at Accenture as a global technology and business leader. After 10 years in technology consulting, she ran operations in several of Accenture’s global and regional businesses. This included serving as managing director, North America Geographic Operations, with responsibility for facilities, services and digital solutions — enabling 50,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada to serve Accenture customers who generated more than US$16 billion in revenue. She was a member of Accenture’s North America leadership committee.
An advocate for technology and culture at Accenture, Ms. Slattery led transformational programs that showcased innovation to customers and improved the employee experience.
Ms. Slattery holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in math and computer science from Bucknell University.
