Vinod Bagal
Executive Vice President, Global Transformation
As executive vice president of Global Transformation for DXC Technology, Vinod Bagal is responsible for delivery innovation to provide improved services to customers in the most efficient manner. He is focused on delivery excellence, including process improvements; the introduction of new delivery capabilities to provide DXC people with new career paths and skill development; and the use of new technologies — such as DXC BionixTM — to automate delivery processes.
A member of DXC’s senior leadership team reporting to DXC president and CEO Mike Salvino, Mr. Bagal is a well-known leader in the IT services industry. He most recently served as senior vice president for North America Delivery and Global Multi-Service Integration at Cognizant Technology Services, leading the transformation of Cognizant’s customer delivery organization to position it for the next wave of professional services demands. Mr. Bagal also built global capabilities to successfully win and deliver large multi-service solutions to produce better business outcomes by integrating applications, infrastructure and business operations.
In all, Mr. Bagal has more than 25 years of experience in the IT services industry and has a successful record of accomplishment across the consulting and technology services industry, including technology consulting, systems integration, application outsourcing, infrastructure and business process services – with deep expertise leading delivery operations across geographies.
Mr. Bagal also spent 20 years at Accenture, where he held a series of senior leadership roles, including North America products industry delivery lead; global application services lead for the Delivery Center Network; and partner in the Communication Media & Technology consulting practice. Mr. Bagal’s last role at Accenture, Global Infrastructure Services lead, included pre-sales/solutioning support and global delivery, addressing both growth and profitability.
Mr. Bagal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Mysore University, India, and a Master of Science degree in engineering management from The George Washington University.
