Ken Sharp
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ken Sharp is executive vice president and chief financial officer for DXC Technology. He leads all aspects of DXC’s worldwide financial operations, including global financial strategy and reporting, general accounting, controllership and investor relations.
Mr. Sharp’s career has spanned public accounting, operational finance, and corporate finance. His experience includes overseeing traditional finance functions as well as contracts and pricing, global supply chain, major proposals, program performance and corporate development activities.
Prior to DXC, Mr. Sharp was vice president and chief financial officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Defense Systems Sector. Mr. Sharp was senior vice president of Finance at Orbital ATK Inc., which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2018. Mr. Sharp served as senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Leidos, Inc. (formerly known as SAIC). Before Leidos, he was vice president and CFO for the outsourcing business at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), the predecessor company to DXC. Mr. Sharp was also with Ernst & Young previously.
Mr. Sharp holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA from The George Washington University. He also served in the United States Marine Corps.
