Paul Saleh
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As executive vice president and chief financial officer, Paul Saleh is responsible for all of DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) worldwide finance operations.
Mr. Saleh previously served as executive vice president and CFO for CSC, where he was responsible for financial strategy, general accounting, controllership, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, financial reporting, client contract approvals and global supply chain. In that role, he helped to lead the company’s business turnaround and transformed the finance function, including a complete overhaul and modernization of its global financial systems infrastructure, as well as its financial policies and procedures.
Mr. Saleh’s 25-plus years of corporate finance experience also includes CFO roles at leading companies such as Gannett Co., Walt Disney International and Sprint Nextel.
Prior to the merger between Sprint and Nextel Communications Inc., Mr. Saleh led a profitability increase at Nextel as revenues grew to $16 billion and market value increased more than 10-fold. Mr. Saleh had a 12-year stint at Honeywell where he held various leadership positions in finance, treasury, investor relations, strategic planning and operations.
Mr. Saleh serves on the board of directors of pdvWireless, a private wireless communications carrier and provider of mobile workforce management solutions, and the American Football Coaches Foundation, which provides education and leadership development tools to high school and college coaches.
He holds an MBA with distinction in finance; an MS in computer, information & control engineering; and a BS in electrical engineering, all from the University of Michigan.
