Project and Program Management team is certified to global industry standards and capable of delivering projects using variety of methodologies to help organizations meet their strategic goals. DXC Project Managers lead a team to deliver project(s) on schedule and within the budget, while satisfying agreed-upon customer requirements and specifications within the scope of the project. They are responsible for quality and timeliness of all artefacts produced by the project, definition the project, management of the project production, estimation and schedule. What is more, they establish tracking measures and milestones, track ongoing project progress, control the budget and establish a project office as required. They proactively manage risks, issues, budgets, opportunities and scope throughout the project life-cycle. Also, prepare and present project plans as well as status reports to organizational leadership, project teams and client groups. It is worth to mention that DXC Baltic Project Managers are active members of local and global Project Management community.
Service Desk team is the single point of contact for all IT users with the goal to restore their normal service as quickly as possible. This can involve fixing a technical fault, fulfilling a service request, answering a query – anything that is needed to allow the quick return to normal working. DXC Baltic Service Desk employees are young, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and skilled people with a constant eagerness to learn.
BPO is the team of qualified professionals, specializing in business management area. The capabilities of the department were built and developed based on clients’ recommendations, natural augmentation process and constant expansion to new business areas. DXC Baltic BPO team is currently supporting DXC corporate, business analysis, service management and resource management areas.
Engineering (Virtual Desktop Services) team is a group of engineering professionals, providing support (run & maintain) for workplace solutions and platform offerings. Virtual Desktop Services experts enable clients to feel like at their own office in any place of the world.
Global Sales Support team in Vilnius assures that European DXC sales processes go smoothly and effectively. They prepare proposals for European bids, manage sales projects, monitor knowledge management processes, perform quality control and other internal functions.
Cybersecurity team consults to help leaders optimize their resources by clarifying and prioritizing needs.
