DAYS OF CULTURES |
Day of Cultures events cycle in the Nordic & Baltic invited employees to get to know colleagues better aside the table, office or the country and learn to work more effectively together. This gave an opportunity to deepen their understanding of cultural diversity and its values as well as to learn to live and work better together. At first, the project was started in Lithuania, and was expanded to the whole Nordic region the year after that.

SPORTS ACTIVITIES
|
DXC Baltic employees actively engage in sports and acknowledge the benefits of healthy lifestyle. As a result - four internal sport clubs are driven by the employees: Cycling, Football, Basketball and Running. Also, 18 DXC employees from Lithuania joined the DXC UK team in the World's largest multi-sport festival - UK Corporate Games 2015 and achieved amazing results.

VACCINATION AGAINST FLU |
All employees of the center have a possibility to have a vaccination against flu before the start of the winter season.

BIKE TO WORK |
DXC employees were encouraged to leave their cars at home and ride a bike to work. As a bonus – they received a free bike maintenance checkups for their bikes.

MOTIVATIONAL SURVEY |
Motivational survey was released to create employee awareness of how huge is the range of suggested motivational and beneficial programs in the center. Also, to benchmark successful programs, retire the less useful and change them by the requested ones.

PSYCHOLOGY WEEK “BE NOT AFRAID TO TALK, DON'T HESITATE TO LISTEN” |
Be not afraid to talkIn cooperation with NGO “Youth line” - experts of emotional support and active listening – DXC Baltic invited employees to an open discussion “Be not afraid to talk”. Main topics of the discussion included questions as “how to recognize when your colleagues and friends are having bad times and how to help them”, “why it is so important to talk with someone about your bad feelings and emotions”, and “how to talk to your manager or colleague about awkward, inconvenient things, feelings and problems”. In addition, a short practical workshop “Don’t hesitate to listen” was organized for Team Leaders.

FOOD REVOLUTION DAY |
DXC Baltic employees are encouraged to improve their eating habits by choosing more healthy meals. Food Revolution Day is about celebrating the importance of cooking good food from scratch and raising awareness of how it impacts health and happiness. DXC Baltic joined this rapidly growing initiative by serving freshly made breakfast in the office and greeting all the employees with a variety of refreshing milkshakes!

LANGUAGE ACADEMY |
DXC Baltic employees had a great opportunity to learn new languages as internal Language Academy was launched and Employees could choose from 5 different languages to attend the classes with professional lectors (Spanish, German, French, Italian and Swedish).
