Why did you apply for a graduate position at DXC?
I was really impressed by all the challenges and opportunities provided by the DXC Graduate Program – exciting learning opportunities, professional environment and ability to grow as a professional. Additionally, I wanted to explore several different fields within the company such as Sales and Project Management and therefore decided that joining DXC Graduate Program is a good way to do that.

What is DXC to you and how do you find it working at an IT company?
For me DXC is an opportunity. It is an environment that challenges and drives me for continuous improvement, soft and hard skills development and growth as a leader. Besides that DXC is a team of various very interesting individuals that are motivated to work towards common goals.

Why did you apply for a graduate position at DXC?
As I was finishing my Master’s degree and was looking for a job where I could keep learning and have a mentor – this program was a perfect match for me. This position is challenging, interesting and gives you the benefit of learning and seeing the company from different angles.

What is DXC to you and how do you find it working at an IT company?
For me, DXC is a big family of motivated, ambitious and talented people where you can release your energy and grow up as a leader. The world is changing very fast and working at an IT company is challenging, but if you like to be in the “action”, then you are on the right way.

Why did you apply for a graduate position at DXC?
I applied for graduate program because I am always eager to learn new things and use my knowledge in practice. I thought it would be a good place to try yourself in different areas gaining experience from different perspectives, as you have the possibility to rotate at DXC.
