DXC Technology earns Microsoft Azure accreditation and launches Azure Migration Factory
Microsoft has named DXC Technology as a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider and DXC Technology has opened a new Microsoft Azure Migration Factory in Bangalore, India, to help companies accelerate their cloud adoption.
DXC Technology earns Microsoft Azure accreditation
The accreditation recognizes DXC’s experience and expertise in all aspects of developing and delivering cloud services, from managing data centre migrations to introducing cloud native applications.
“We have been working closely with Microsoft for well over a decade to help our customers create hybrid environments with innovative applications on Azure and working in tandem with data centre systems,” said Eugene O’Callaghan, senior vice president and general manager for Cloud and Platform Services at DXC.
DXC launches Azure Migration Factory
DXC’s factory brings together experts skilled in analytics and cloud migrations who will work together to develop standard best practices, accelerators, design patterns and methods that can be executed at scale. This will enable DXC to help customers migrate virtually any existing analytics environment to the Microsoft Azure cloud efficiently, cost effectively and consistently.
“Taking our expertise from thousands of customer implementations, we’ll be able to execute migrations to Microsoft Azure quickly, efficiently and safely, allowing the customer’s staff to focus on other aspects of their digital transformation,” said Srini Kompella, interim director of Analytics at DXC Technology.
