The Gartner report reviewed the top 22 providers of end-user outsourcing services in North America, assessing both their ability to execute and completeness of vision for these solutions.
The Gartner report “Magic Quadrant for End-User Outsourcing Services, North America” by David Edward Ackerman, William Maurer, and Bryan Britz, August 26, 2014, states: "Gartner's scope of end-user outsourcing (EUO) services span clients' day-to-day management and operations of the desktop, mobility and the service desk.”
