FALLS CHURCH, Va., April 16 – The U.S. Navy has awarded CSC (NYSE: CSC) a task order to provide program management support to the Strategic and Theater Sealift Program Office. Awarded in Q4 of CSC fiscal year 2012 under the Naval Sea Systems Command SEAPORT-Enhanced contract vehicle won by CSC in 2004, the task order has a one-year base period and four one-year options, bringing the estimated total value to $113 million.
