CSC Elects Lawrence A. Zimmerman to Board of Directors

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Aug. 13 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that Lawrence A. Zimmerman has been elected as a member of the company’s Board of Directors and appointed as a member and chair of the Audit Committee.
Zimmerman, 69, has extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting, previously serving as vice chairman and chief financial officer of Xerox Corporation. He also spent 32 years with IBM, holding various senior finance positions, including corporate controller.

Zimmerman currently serves as a director of Brunswick Corporation and Delphi Automotive, and previously was a director for Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
