Everest Group names DXC Technology an “IT Security Services Leader”
Everest Group Research named DXC Technology a “Leader” in IT Security Services, citing the company’s strong focus on delivering secure scalable business and industry-oriented solutions, “massive scale, global delivery footprint, and wherewithal to manage complex environments.”
Everest Group evaluated 22 service providers in its IT Security Services Peak Matrix Assessment 2020, an objective, data-driven and comparative assessment based on their market success and delivery capability. Everest Group also recently named DXC a leader in the 2020 Healthcare IT Security Services PEAK Matrix.
“Leaders are characterized by the ability to offer large-scale security transformation, leveraging their strong service delivery capabilities,” according to the report. “DXC has a strong focus on delivering secure scalable business and industry-oriented solutions, in line with organizational mandate of transformation through standardized service delivery at scale and industry-specific offerings.”
The analyst firm also noted that DXC can quickly implement new security solutions. “DXC Cyber Reference Architecture (CRA) offers enterprises reference frameworks for accelerated implementations of security best practices,” the report notes. “CRA blueprints and accelerators focus on repeatable, contextualized and enhanced security transformation across industries and use cases.”
Everest Group cited other DXC capabilities including:
- DXC’s robust security partner network that includes traditional and new-age, non-traditional security technology providers
- Digital security services built on the DXC security platform that brings AI, analytics, intelligence, orchestration and automation at a global scale
- The scale of DXC’s managed security services, which manage 8 million IP addresses, more than 14,500 network devices and 1.5 million end-user devices including desktops/laptops and mobile devices
