Arabtec has enhanced their performance process by the inclusion of various options to support different performance processes and various participant feedback options, eased work of Managers and HR business and improved access to various reports and analytics with DXC’s Oracle ERP Solutions.
The Customer: Arabtec Construction L.L.C. is the leading construction company in the United Arab Emirates. Since its launch in 1975, it has executed a diverse and far-reaching portfolio of major construction projects in all sectors of real estate and infrastructure.
The Challenges
The short timeline within which go-live was to be achieved was a major challenge in the project however, the motivated efforts and distinguished skill sets of the DXC team aligned with the project ensured that the stringent timeline was met successfully.
On the strength of in-depth domain knowledge, DXC won the contract for Oracle ERP implementation beating stiff competition from three other vendors. Among others, DXC’s strong Center of Excellence capability was a crucial factor in this win.
The Solutions
We have implemented Oracle Cloud based ERP to address Arabtec’s all critical and complex requirements pertaining to their Talent and Performance management. This SaaS system is in a co-existence model with their existing Oracle eBusiness suite Human Resources (HR) application.
