In 2019 we entered into an era of device diversity and tiered service levels. These characteristics were driven by the larger trends of the changing demographics, rise as a service, technology advancements, and other topics that we have discussed in our earlier podcasts. This session focuses on device diversity and tiered service levels which represent outcomes of the trends which have been accelerated by the twin crisis of the pandemic and the recession.
