DXC Technology Executives talk about Dynamic Talent Cloud with IT students

On August 21, 2017, Sreekanth Arimanithaya - Senior Vice President of Integrated Workforce Management and India Co-Lead, Emmanuel M Mendoza - Commercial Site Lead for ANZ & AMEA, Alok Bapna - Managing Partner of Integrated Workforce Management for AMEA, Babitha Pannenthetta - Global University Leader, Kamaljeet Kaur - Regional University Manager for AMEA & ANZ and the management of DXC Vietnam included Phuong Ngo - Managing Director, Nguyet Pham – Head of HR & University Relations visited the IT Faculity of University of Science and the Science & Engineering Faculty of Hoa Sen University. The purpose of the visit is to discuss on how to implement the Dynamic Talent Cloud program which has been launched recently by DXC Technology.
On this occasion, Sreekanth presented to more than 120 IT students (from University of Science, Hoa Sen University, Ton Duc Thang University, Open University and Van Lang University) about the DXC’ Dynamic Talent Cloud. Dynamic Talent Cloud is a DXC’s innovation platform which allows a larger ecosystem (included DXC Technology, Universities and IT communities) to provide ideas or solutions for the future. Joining DXC’s Dynamic Talent Cloud will provide IT students, college graduates, internal employees as well as professionals available in the market a great opportunity to learn, sharpen and enrich their technical skills, show off their technical capabilities by directly working in challenging tasks and projects for real customers around the world as well as getting exposure to DXC’s Next-Gen Technologies.
With the seminar on DXC’s Dynamic Talent Cloud, DXC executives introduced a new way for enterprises to solve their business issues, improve productivity and operations by engaging dynamic talents around the world.
The event has been very well received and highly appreciated by students and the universities. The students appeared to be incredibly enthusiastic and raised a lot of questions which, in turn, were answered by the DXC Technology executives. Through this interactive session, we hope that we have provided the students with useful advices on skill requirements that support digital transformation and the students can leverage their innovation in their upcoming IT careers.
