News Article -- August 26, 2018
On Aug 26, 2018, a delegation of Healthcare Life Sciences project of DXC Vietnam presented a Charity House to an underprivileged family in Tay Ninh Province. This is the 4th Charity house that Healthcare Life Sciences project team has built for the impoverished people.
This family has 5 children among which 4 are in their school ages, and one is too young to go to kindergarten. The family was selected among many others with their children had good learning records from their last year’s education.
It costs around 75 million of VND to have the House built and the fund raising from the Healthcare Life Sciences project team of DXC Vietnam as well as individual contributions from others. The most memorable moment that we had was when the House was received with a great sense of pride and respect from this family. In addition, the Tay Ninh’s People Committee was also there to cherish these moments of love with us too.
Our project team will continue to build more house for the poor family in the future. It’s a bold promise but we think our ability to empathize with the Underprivileged has given us ample incentive to engage in acts of charity like this and we’re on the way to make our commitment possible.
